On April 29, the 7th Annual Join for Joe Bone Marrow Donor Registry Drive was hosted on campus. Students, faculty, and parents joined together to honor the memory of Joe Gorman '14, who passed away from leukemia in 2011 at the age of 15 after battling for three years.
This year, 120 new donors were registered to the Natinal Bone Marrow Donor Registry. Thanks to co-chairs Nick Gorman '15 and John Botzler '15 and their team of senior volunteers for organizing this year's effort. Also, thanks to alumni moms Stephanie McLaughlin and Fran Finley for their help with the drive every year.
